I let the films pile up and now I don't have much time to do this properly. So, just bear with the lack of completeness (for lack of better word) and shitty reviews. If you want more details on any of the films: ask and you shall receive ;)
Le Gamin Au Vélo (2011) - [6/10]: Nice and touching.
Beginners (2010) - [7/10]: Really, *really* liked this one. Quirky and insightful, a.k.a. my cup of tea.
Drive (2011) - [6/10]: One thing is for sure, the film kept me on the edge of my seat. Gosling was very good, perhaps I should give it an extra star just for his sakes.
20 Sigarette (2010) - [5/10]: Ok. A bit cliché but still a nice experience.
Melancholia (2011) - [6/10]: Not as bad as Antichrist but not as amazing as Dogville either. Some metaphors were really great, others were just meh. Have I said how much I love Charlotte yet?
Martha Marcy May Marlene (2011) - [6/10]: Nice and somewhat refreshing. Crappy ending, though.
The Future (2011) - [3/10]: Oh, Boy! That's all I'll say.
Tomboy (2011) - [6/10]: I thought it interesting.
Tangled (2010): What can I say? I love Disney animations, but I find it hard to rate them, you know, against other films. My godson loved it as well. Watched it with him.
Never Let Me Go (2010) - [5/10]: Interesting concept. Execution lacked a bit. When push turns to shove, I expected more from the buzz I've heard.
En Familie (2010) - [4/10]: Expected more. Very blah and characters underdeveloped.
50/50 (2011) - [6/10]: Really liked it! Thought inducing... and made me cry like a baby, honestly.
The Night Watch (2011) - [4/10]: Ok. Mediocre.
Barbie: A Perfect Christmas (2011): Another one I can't rate. It was not the best animation, frankly. My godson made me watch it *lol*
Christmas Magic (2011) - [3/10]: Oh-so-cheesy and I took one star just for the singing scene. Made me cringe.
Trading Christmas (2011) - [4/10]: Also oh-so-cheesy, but didn't have any cringe-worthy moments... much.
The Help (2011) - [6/10]: Nice. Spirit-lifting!
Stella (2008) - [6/10]: Enjoyed way more than I thought I would. Quite nice and engaging.
Like Crazy (2011) - [5/10]: Disappointing. I thought it would be really amazing. It wasn't. Clichéd, contrived and indie-formulaic gone wrong. And it had such a nice cast... Pity.
112 FILMS!!! I've made it. Yay :D
