Mia's Jane didn't bother me per se, but Ruth FTW hands down! That woman killed it! Like I said, I will always dig Jane Eyre, the story, no matter what; the main thing that did bother me was the rushed business.

The film will get you even hungrier then :)

Yeah, Meek's Cutoff... *shakes head* In my humble opinion you should bump it down your list indeed. But, who knows? Maybe you'll enjoy it. Personally, I loathed it (with the same intensity that Madonna apparently loathes hydrangeas), but I'm curious to hear your take on it. I watched it by myself; so, I have no other opinion to compare and contrast with :D

I did! I'm SO THRILLED that you're THRILLED. Let's jump together in adoration like two silly fangirls *lol* The thing I would change about the ending is Gil's run-in with that French girl. It just seemed contrived and, to me, having him take his walk in the rain by himself would have been more meaningful and -- dare I say -- cathartic. But, as I said, it didn't bother me that much to the point of taking anything away from the film.

Glee film... *shakes head yet again* But, wait a second, "documentary on the tour"? There was a *tour* as well? Like, across the country? You're yanking my chain, right? Please say 'yes'. If 'no', FOX is indeed a shameless, greedy creature! Oh, My... :D
