Jenni tagged me on this meme thingy... and I've been working on it for a couple of months now!
Confess 10 things that you don't think even your closest friends know about you. (At least not all of them.)
1. Everyone knows that songs can get stuck in your head. I can have words or sentences stuck, too. They just repeat over and over and over again in my mind. And they're usually something you *don't* want to say aloud...
2. I'm afraid of stairs. Going down, I'm convinced I'm going to trip on my shoes or my pant leg, and am going to fall and twist my ankle.
3. I have mild arachnophobia. But what's worse, I'm terrified of bugs, too. Cockroaches give me nightmares.
This is hard... of the stuff I can say in an unlocked post, you guys know most of!
4. I've never used any illegal drugs.
5. Then again, a regular non-prescription painkiller is enough to get me high. (And not in a good way either.)
6. I've never been stung by a wasp or a bee.
7. I'm secretly very proud of my hair... it's nothing special, and I seldom bother to do anything to it, but it's long. It's long enough to get comments from random passers by. It's the only exceptional part of my looks. So even though it's a pain to wash and keep untangled, I doubt I'll ever actually get around to cutting it. (Though I often toy with the idea.) (Also, it's the only thing saving me from looking like a butch lesbian.)
8. When I'm holding an object for a long time while concentrating on something else (phone when I'm reading on it, Xbox controller when playing, mouse when using the computer...) I keep running my fingers over and over round the edges and nooks - enough to distract me from the games occasionally. I also tend to play with things while reading books - often this means I kill my bookmarks. I even managed to demolish one made of metal.
9. I talk to myself when I'm alone, as if I had an audience.
10. Many of the books and DVDs in my shelf I have never read/watched and am never going to. I just want to own them. (Many DVDs are movies I thought were great, want to own them, but never think I could watch them again for various reasons.)
