Round 14 Themes
Errr...I forgot February was a short month so you have until March 2nd to complete your claims!
RULES:
» Icons must be originally made by you for this challenge, no prior work may be submitted.
» Icons must fit the livejournal standard. Under 40kb, 100x100px and in either .png, .gif or .jpg file format.
» When you have completed your claim you can either post a link to your icon post or post to the community under a lj-cut. You may have three icons as a preview above the lj-cut or the link.
» The icon post must be unlocked! We don’t want to friend you or join a comm in order to see your work.
» Please use the table provided to post your icons. (Of course, you can change the colours of the table)
» When you're done, post an entry to the comm with the subject round 7: claim
» Please tag your entries with round 14, claim: your claim
» If you don’t know how to tag, leave it empty, we’ll do it for you :)
» Completed sets are due Thursday, March 2 at Midnight (MST)

5 ARTIST CHOICE
This round is a little bit different than other rounds. All themes are a color + a technical skill. Have fun!
10 THEMES
Yellow + Negative Space - Negative space means your subject takes up approximately less than 40% of your icon. You must also feature the color yellow. Examples (hover for credit):
Purple + Vibrant - Self explanatory. Your icon should be a purple icon that is very vibrant! Examples (hover for credit):
Pink + Fake Background - Cut you subject out and plop it on some pink! Examples (hover for credit):
Red + Far Crop - Your icon should be red and your subject should be very far away. Examples (hover for credit):
Orange + Glowy - Your icon must be orange and also incorporate the “glowy” effect. Examples (hover for credit):
Bicolor + Blocking - This one is a little bit different. You must feature two colors of your choice (and only those two colors), and your icon must have blocking in it. Examples (hover for credit):
Green + Dark - Your icon, of course, must be green. It also must be a very dark icon in general. Examples (hover for credit):
Brown + Grunge - We’ve had glowy, now let’s have grungy. And also some brown :D. Examples (hover for credit):
B&W + Simple - Your icon be simple and without color. Focus on lighting and cropping instead. Examples (hover for credit):
Blue + Blending - Blending = the fusion of multiple screencaps. You must accomplish this and also have a predominantly blue icon. Examples (hover for credit):
