My icon is a joke stemming from a picture of Rumsfield and Captain America I found, when Marvel was promoting a special Support Your Troops Avengers book.
That was the caption that sprang to mind because it looks like Rumsy is pumping his fist, going yes, because hey, if I was doing any sort of military action and I suddenly got Cap on my team, I'd be happy dancing too.
