Capitalizing on that last outburst, which likely expended much of Aegis' remaining energy, The Air Walker leads another charge, as the heralds all concentrate their powers on the back of Aegis' head, much like she did by waylaying Galactus himself from behind.
Stardust, newest of the Heralds and deeply devoted to Galactus, streaks around to charge, staff first, into Aegis' eye. Furious at what has transpired and willing to sacrifice himself to bring her down.
Aegis makes no sound as her head is torn asunder. An immediate implosion occurs, wherein her entire form draws inward, the soul of sorrows, with an amazing force, drawing the other heralds helplessly near, before a heretofore unheard of level of universal power erupts from where she once appeared.
The aftermath is silent space, shattered bodies and nothingness.

The heralds are adrift and scattered.
