Honeymoon Hideaway

Hawaii was awesome this time of year. Lorna was dressed in a Bikini. A modest one, in green and gold. But a bikini nonetheless. She stood on the beach. Her husband - HUSBAND - was surfing. She had actually bought a board and had taken lessons but she still hadn't quite gotten the hang of the whole surfing thing ( Read more... )

"Hell no!" he called back to her, his blond hair spiky and dripping wet. He paddled back to shore to steal a kiss from his wife. "I got a pretty new wife and I'm on one of my favorite places on the planet." he said with his Insanely Happy Grin.

"You got anything you want to do today other than stare at my well-toned ass?" he asked her teasingly.

"Well, that was high on my list of things to do today," Lorna admitted, stealing a kiss from him in return. "But I figure we need to eat sometime. I mean, you do have to keep your strength up."

Despite not feeling the best, stomach wise, the drinking last night must still be messing with her. Unusual, but not unheard of.

Alex just looked at her and laughed. "You're absolutely right. Let me go catch one more wave and we can go get some lunch, OK?" he asked, displaying a vital skill of married men across the globe.

She looked like she was giving that great thought and then kissed him on the cheek, "One more," she agreed. "You better make it look good."

"Don't I always?" he said, twitching his butt at her before running back out into the surf to catch his next wave.

She had to stare at that. She couldn't help it. And when he surfed he did indeed look good. Better than she would on a board. She just looked ludicrous.

Which wasn't from lack of trying.

"God, he's hot," she muttered.

He rode the wave like the talented amateur that he was, coming back to shore with a big grin on his face. "You sure you don't want to try catching another one?" he asked. "I promise not to laugh at you this time."

Lorna smiled back at him, "I don't know. You scarred me for life when you laughed. I told you I had only taken two lessons."

"Isn't that my job as your husband?" he teased, picking up his board and stealing another long kiss from Lorna.

"You mentioned food. Now I'm hungry." he joked. "What'd you have in mind?"

"I suppose it is," All the kissing was so nice. Very nice. Almost as nice as how he looked in those shorts. "I didn't have any ideas... but maybe we could walk around and see what we find."

"Sounds good. Let me go stash my board and we can go." he said. "And do you know what happened to my flip-flops?" he asked as he headed off towards the board storage shack.

"Were they with you on the beach? Because whenever we head back to the room," and sometimes they didn't even make it that far, "I stop paying attention to where your clothes end up."

Alex laughed. "Gee, thanks hon." he said. But then he spotted the poor forlorn footwear and went over to them to cram his feet into them.

"Much better." he said with another smooch. Honeymoon rule - if he was away from her, when he came back he had to kiss her.

Lorna liked that rule, it got her a lot of kisses, "So, ready to go get some food?" she said, weaseling in closer.

He draped his arm over her shoulders and managed at the last second to not grope her in public.

Groping would come later.

"Sure!" he said. "Just - no Spam, OK?" he said, wrinkling his nose. "Never did get the taste for the stuff."

"If we find a restaurant that serves spam, I promise we'll stay as far away as possible," Lorna said laughing and moving in even closer. "How do you even manage to stay upright on that thing?"
