Natasha drifted in and out of consciousness. During the very brief moments she regained consciousness she could hear voices, catching only a few words at a time. She felt like she was floating and couldn't concentrate on anything.
Darkness interrupted by a few brief moments of light and sound.

She was now sitting in a chair. Had she been able to remember any of her visions, she'd realize this chair was very similar to the one she saw before.
There were wires connected to various parts of her body and she wondered what they were for.
"Natalia, pay attention," a stern male voice said. "Do we need to punish you again?"
She tried to concentrate on what was being said, but her head was so fuzzy. It was hard to think about anything.
Then came the volts of electricity.

"Is she ready?" he asked.
"Almost," the doctor replied.
"Good," he said with satisfaction.

The drug haze lifted a little, but it didn't matter now. She knew what they were doing. Sensory deprivation. It was part of breaking her mind down before they reprogrammed her.
She put her hands out and felt around the floor where she lay. Solid concrete. Slowly and methodically she started feeling around, finding a wall and standing up. Then she started feeling around the room. All concrete with a metal door.
She would just have to wait until her captors opened the door.
