Between the tension in the mansion, the mutant cure that was forcibly injected into his body by his own teammate (even if it was the only way to keep him from going berserker), and situations that maybe were best forgotten, Logan did was he always did - he set himself on roam and took off for time away to clear his head.

A long walk after a sleep filled with nightmares.

He's still comfortably filled with beer and conversation with Tasha, mellow in a way that can only be found in the hours before dawn. Not that he sees too many of them in the city. Alarm clocks have a life span of four seconds in his bedroom.
"Lookin' for somebody?" he asks as he emerges from the darker shadows surrounding the building. Just for the hell of it, he looks up to see if anybody would be dropping in on them.

The redhead looks at him and then looks away again. "Just since, well, for the last few hours." Her apartment isn't all that close to here after all.

"I'm gonna make a pot o' coffee upstairs. C'mon if ya want a cup before ya head back home." He rummages in his pocket for keys. "Tell me what's been goin' on while I been gone."

She's teasing a bit but she's also thankful for the offer. Going back home to an empty apartment was not something she was looking forward to at all.

Once inside, he leads the way up to his place. She's right, it's pretty sparse. He doesn't spend a lot of time here and he has few needs when he does.
"Make yerself at home, darlin'," he says as he puts his hat and keys on a bookshelf. "I'll get the coffee goin'."

He leaves the coffeemaker to do the work and takes the chair across from her. "I'm sleepin' at night, though. You wanderin' the streets much?"

He nods slowly. "An' the nightmares?"

The redhead attempts to say more and then stops herself, before settling on the words she uses to continue on, "The demons are trying to tempt me." Again.

"Is there anythin' I can do t' help?" he finally asks. The coffee is done, the machine slurping noises finished. He doesn't move. "If ya wanna keep walkin', I'll walk with ya until yer ready to go home."
