"Smart move."

He completely released his grip on her anyway.

Oddly enough, Sin didn't scream. It took actual pain to get to her, not fear. Fear she could live with and deal with easily.

Never trust a nigger, was what she thought as she flailed. It didn't even register that she was going to die the second she hit the ground.

He was hoping for a scream, but the look on her face was plenty enough.

For a moment, it looked like he was going to let her hit the ground. And the thought did cross his mind. But she wasn't about to get off so lucky.

He flew down and caught her mere inches off the ground, waiting until the last possible moment to grab her.

The sudden stop got a rush of air to escape her lungs in an 'oof.' The nigger apparently didn't have the balls to make good with it. Of course the fall left her shaken enough that she couldn't stab him in the guts right away like she wanted to.

She was only human in some ways.

He flew up a bit higher, then dropped her again.

Right into a dumpster full of garbage this time.

Oh, that was rank. But she ignored the stench because this was something else, a chance to run. Time to see how good he was at weaving and dodging between buildings, because that was what Sin was doing. Her injuries be damned.

She was running on adrenaline now.

He wasn't following her. But if she looked up, there was a not-so-little bird on her trail.

And if she kept her eyes on the sky, she might also see that Sam had waited until she entered a rather narrow alley to dive-bomb towards her.

Turning around, the knife came out of Sin's boot as she threw it right at the approaching 'Falcon.'

He caught it right in his arm, but didn't alter his course. He still came right at her.

She ducked and rolled, hoping that would be enough to start running down the other way.

And out of this situation.

She wasn't going to get too far. He came about and was right behind her.

That knife that was stuck in him?

He pulled it out of his shoulder, and uncaring of the fact that it was covered in his blood, he threw it right at her, aiming for her leg.

See Sin.

See Sin Run.

See the knife hit Sin right in her leg. See Sin fall over, barely protecting her face from the pavement in the alleyway. Hear her swear in such a way that would put any drunken sailor to shame.

In English and German.

Swear, Sin, swear.

See Sin get dropkicked in the kidneys. With any luck, that should keep her down long enough for the cops slap some cuffs on her.

"No more runnin, girl."

For a skinny chick, she could sure take some punishment.

Dropkicking someone in the kidneys was indeed a way to keep them in place. Even all her spit and righteous fire couldn't keep her running with THAT type of kick in the side.

"Damn nigger," was what she did manage to say. Oh, were those stars in her eyes? Wow.
