She'll find him soaring over the Rocky Mountains, in discussion with Rick while returning to Los Angeles.

"I still don't see why you are so protective of this broken nation's system, Rick. Noh-Varr may have the right idea. Doesn't your constitution include the right to abolish the government once it no longer serves its intended purpose?"

Captain Marvel is jarred out of his thoughts. Heather, as usual, is abrupt and abrasive.

Moondragon was finally in sight now.

Through the psychic link Genis could see and hear Phyla's violent reaction to the truth, up to the point where Moondragon blacked out.

The psychic link also relates Heather's pain, and Phyla's pain, directly into his mind.

Moondragon knew Phyla when she was sane. Insanity played too often upon subconscious thoughts and feelings, which Heather had not allowed herself (nor been allowed) to pry into, but she could take an educated guess.

"From the way she was talking, she may be taking steps to undo her existence."

He leans his head back and starts to access the power of his negabands. If she's lost it, she's likely not covering her tracks very well. He'll probably be able to get a good sense of her.

Judicious. Cautious. Focus on Phyla. Don't think about the future messiah being murdered somewhere or anything...
