Sarah had not forgot her promise to Victor, however she had not been able to find much information from any of the Government Agencies regarding what's going on with the act. Most likely because the information wasn't stored on any networked computers, to protect it from getting into the "wrong" hands

Victor was just relaxing on his bed when he heard a loud rapping at his door. "Door's open." He yelled out, putting his book down.

Sarah bursts into the room, "Is Indra h..." she started and looked around the room, noticing that Victor's roommate wasn't there. "Okay good, we need to talk about THIS." She said handing him the print out.

Victor quickly read the print out, if he could have gone white he would have, however a look of horror came across his face, as he realized that he was right all along. The government was just looking for a group of meta humans that they could easily exploit.

“We have to warn them, we have to warn them as soon as possible. Some of them…”

Network quickly cut Victor off, “Yes, we do. However, I have no way of getting a communication through to them without SHIELD finding out about it, I’ve already looked into it, the perimeter they have set up is logging EVERY communication within that area. There’s no way I can rip them without putting them at risk.” She said, looking as upset as Victor felt.

“This is too big, we need to tell…”

“What Cyclops? Not likely, the X-Men aren’t doing anything to fight this law, they’ll probably just say their hands are tied, and it out of their jurisdiction or whatever.” Victor almost snarled, his faith in the X-Men lately had dwindled quite a bit. “Plus you’ll get read the riot act for hacking into government systems. No, we have to deal with this ourselves.”

“Vic, don’t be stupid, this is SHIELD you’re talking about, how can we go against them.” She said, sounding exasperated.

Victor smiled at her mischievously, “You hacked into their systems didn’t you? They can’t be that great if a bunch of Under Age Superkids can get their hands on their classified information.”

“We can’t do this by ourselves.” She said, an edge of irritation in her voice.

“We won’t have to.” He said confidently, “Because I am about to go confirm some rumours.”

“Huh?”

“You know…” he said impatiently, as he grabbed his shoes and began to put them on. “The ones about Julian having put together a team.” After tying his shoes, “You go and see if you can find out any more information on these kids, pictures would be great, and names. I am pretty sure I remember seeing some in the news after their parents snuffed it.” He said he started rushing out of his dorm.
