Derek Khanata’s mind is racing as he heads towards Woo’s house. He’s spent many hours thinking about how SHIELD could better order its operation over the years, and now, with his promotion, he can act on those ideas. Yet he can’t even bring himself to daydream about it. His mind cannot stop working on the puzzle of Jimmy Woo.
What made Woo take a secret team on a mission to kill them all? How did his short-term teammates from a half-century ago know to come for him? There were reports of M-11 being in the hands of AIM recently… but once freed from their influence, what happened to him? Who released Chuck Chandler from his glass prison? Khanata drives towards Woo’s house. Guards have kept the road closed to all traffic, so the area should be untouched and ready for Khanata’s discerning gaze. He resigns himself to hours of evidence searching, and he steps past the guards and into the house, ducking past the “Do Not Cross - Investigation” tape.
