So she's offered to train the Young Avengers...after one of them slammed a door in Clint's face and broke his nose...yeah this was going to be a great talk. Hopefully he was over the theft of his bow or there was going to be a lot of yelling going on.
Still, he was the one who decided to help the Great Lakes Avengers train, he definitely had a thing for the underdog. So maybe she wasn't going to start too big of a fight by being on the side of the illegal and underaged.
Besides Cap's position on all this was insane, there was a time to follow the laws, but there was also a time to realize that the laws were being set up to eventually hurt people.
