Posting starts Monday, October 17 so we've put this posting guide together for everyone to use!
As we’ve said from the start, you’re free to post your fanwork wherever you want on on your posting date. You can put it in your journal, on AO3, or at a private archive. As long as all parts of it are publicly accessible, it works for us!
Artists and mixers, when you get your things online, send a link to your author. Authors, when you have all of the information that you need, make a post to this community with the appropriate information. (If your partnership has agreed to let the artist do the posting, then strike that and reverse it.) If one of your participants hasn’t posted by the time you’re ready to go, go ahead and post anyway. You can edit your post later to put their information in.
We have set up an AO3 collection that anyone who wants to post their story or accompanying fanwork on AO3 can use. You can find it here:

Warnings: if your story contains rape/noncon/dubcon, underage sex, or major character death, you must warn. If you feel that warning will give away your story, you can put "author chooses not to warn" in this space. If there's nothing to warn for, put "none".
Summary: This can be as long or short as you want, but remember - you want to make it interesting without giving the story away. Please keep the language to a PG-13 level or less.
Accompanying fanworks:

Rating of fanwork:
Link to accompanying fanwork master post:
Authors and accompanying fanworkers should be in contact with each other about coordinating posts. We don’t expect everyone to post at precisely the same time, but all related posts should link to each other - the main story post should have a link to its accompanying fanworks, and those fanworks should link back to the story, etc. All posts should have a link back to the main community as well, so people seeing your fanworks can find the other things being posted.
We do not automatically cross-post works to tumblr. However, if you would like your work to be promoted on our tumblr account, you can submit a post to our tumblr and we will publish it there. If your art is NSFW, submit a thumbnail and either a read more or a link to the whole thing. A post must be made on the LJ comm that links to the story and the art whether you submit to our tumblr or not.
If you have any questions, let us know in the
page-a-mod post. We can't wait to see all of your finished products!
