There usually is a shortcut for people who catch a transfer flight, not the usual way people with no transfer go. You should be fine. Plus immegration is faster on the way out than on the way in. And the transfer flight usually waits when the previous fligh got delayed and a large group of passengers are missing. You'll be fine =) *hugs*
Actually, you shouldn't need to go through immigration and security a second time if you're connecting, particularly as all your stops are in one country before Canada. 1 hr is still tight, but you should be okay; mostly it should mean going from one airline in one area to hopping a shuttle to another. Hopefully the transitions will be smooth and get you where you need to be.
Lots of transfers and nasty schedule though, no doubt due to all of the evacuations. -_-

but seriously, you should be fine provided the flight isn't delayed and you GO GO GO GO once you're off the plane at Narita.
