Because why should I have to pick one emotion for the day and stick to it...

Since my mood has decided to change in exactly 4.7 seconds, I decided to post that which made me so happy.

As a deep believer that the glass is half full--of poison--this spoke directly to my world view.

Once again from timesonline.

Funnily enough, even though I already thought he had a fair point, this example was what convinced me:

Studies have shown that the queuing system in Disneyland, where they tell you in advance that you may have to wait as long as 40 minutes, does not lead to irritation or negative thinking. That’s because the queuers have the illusion of control. They can choose to abandon that attraction and go to another with a shorter queue.

Very good example. Easy to relate to.

You know, I was further convinced by the exact same point. Which was mildly terrifying since I am many things, but a fan of disney is not one of them (that's a bit of a lie, I adore Mary Poppins!).

As it happens, I had one of those two-day-stays at EuroDisney that was just fantastic. But I suppose it goes for any amusement park, so you don't have to freak out about your sudden 'change of heart' too much.

I once went to Disney World in the middle of July with my family, for five days. It was nice for the first two, after that I turned to the against-disney side of the force.
