what the crap? ugh. I like the ability to trick or treat AT NIGHT. It's freaking HALLOWEEN! Safe trick or treating... try doing what we did as kids, and carry flashlights and glowsticks on your pumpkin thingy.

Pfft. Energy saving my ass, people still leave lights on regardless of time of day.
