i'm taking a break from an illustration i'm working on.
i'm sure you guys will be excited to hear what i'm illustrating...a portrait of leslie feist! yay! she's pretty. it's fun painting her.
i had my first day back to work today and it went really well. although the day didn't start out great.
but it was really busy at the store, and i ate a sandwich! i haven't eaten anything but soup and...air...for a week! solid foods are my favorite!
i came home and made some mail. and i organized tax stuff. i've been very, very, very, very not good, what with going away and leaving things unorganized and unfinished. bad. but i have everything together and ready to do. and i ate dinner! after eating lunch of a tasty butler's sandwich, i also managed dinner! i'm so proud...
now it's on to leslie. it's only for exclaim, but it's a fun job, and a large illustration, so i'm excited! yay work!
i'm looking forward to bedtime. i'm reading one of stephen's moomin books; moominland midwinter. it's so sweet and sad. i love moomins. i got a moominlist at work today. i wanted to get one at kiddyland in toyko, but kristin had already scooped them all, so i got one from work.
back to workinstein.
