Hello. Welcome to my LiveJournal "webbed log".

Following a previous entry to this log concerning my intentions for the use of this log, I was asked to write more entries like that previous entry. Since I received said plea, I have wholeheartedly desired to respond by writing more entries similar in nature to the previous entry.

There being ambiguity in the expression "like the previous entry", I feel I have the liberty to imagine in what aspect of the nature of my previous entry future entries are pleaded to resemble it. I assume that my readers plea for more entries concerning my intentions for the use of this log.

However, I now encounter an important obstacle, that being that my intentions for the use of this log were and continue to be to avoid writing anything in it. How can I both respond to the requests of my readership while remaining faithful to my commitments?

I believe I have resolved the problem.

My intentions for the use of this log remain the following: I do not intend to write anything in this log, when, said thing is an attempt to augment my literary success. All writing that I do that targets the improvement of my reputation as a figure in the literary world already has far too many media of expression for me to dilute my efforts further by adding yet another one.

I perceive that this log has a purpose as yet untapped by the other media through which I express myself. This log can let me present to my readership the stimulating introduction to all my other media of expression. It will therefore be a metalog.

And my entries to it will not be writing. They will be metawriting.

Readership, I hope that this entry has satisfied the both of us.
