Doctor Who 6.5 and 6.6

Or maybe not lots.
Ok, so the Doctor went to research the flesh because he needed to know about it in order to fix Amy, yes? But he had planned to do so more quietly, and was gonna drop Amy and Rory off for chips. The solar storm came in the way, because obviously the Doctor isn't that good at actually getting things done to plan.
This is the reason for some of his weird comments, he hasn't been there before, but he knows what they do at the mine, and how it's done. The newer version (as opposed to the early version at the mine) is Amy.
Amy has been a different version since the first ep? Something like that. She does tell him she thought she was pregnant, and then she wasn't, and that must mean she actually was, but the real Amy was taken into that strange place with eyepatch lady, and a non-pregnant flesh version traveled with the TARDIS. This is why the TARDIS can't tell if she's pregnant or not.
And now Amy has gone into labor and the Doctor and Rory don't know where she is.
Also, the Doctor who dies in the beginning might well be a flesh version of the Doctor, since the molecular structure might somehow survive (didn't really understand that part). And eleven is a slut who picks up chicks everywhere he goes. Good thing the TARDIS isn't the jealous sort :p
