Other things: I've had anxiety more or less constantly since monday. So while I'm getting stuff done that are supposed to be done it's going very slowly.

There's a white bird flying slowly in the sky. You rise and fly with it, you are this bird yourself. You're flying in the calm blue sky, there's calm blue sea under you. There's a yellow sandy shore ahead of you, you're flying to it, land on the warm yellow sand, turn to a human again and lye on your back. You're lying on warm yellow sand, there's calm blue sky above you, you're relaxed, you're resting. Pleasant cool touches the soles of your feet, the pleasant cool fills up the muscles of your legs, the muscles are light and full of energy; the pleasant cool fills up the stomach, the muscles of your spine, the muscles are light and full of energy, the pleasant cool fills up your neck and head; your head is clear and calm. The whole body is filled with pleasant coolness, head is clear and caml, muscles are light and full of energy. Three deep breaths. Open your eyes! Stand up! You're rested! * It's being done for 25-35 minutes. The goal is to make this meditation be filled with real, intimate emotions.
God knows, this meditation is the only thing that prevents me from looking and feeling like a zombie with my weekend-less schedule. XD
