(no subject)
For some reason I decided to do a pinch hit for Yuletide. Because I don't have enough to do. It is almost finished though, like it wrote itself one might say, and then I have one more fic to fix up for posting later to another challenge, and then I am done for the day. My goal is to actually do the rest of my calendar, because I like the prompts and all, and then write the other two Christmas fics I promised to do. And then take a break for a couple of days and not write anything. Well, apart from going to work, which is as a medical secretary, but that is just typing, not thinking and plotting, so it's totally not the same thing :p I'm also doing day shifts, which are only eight hours, compared to the night shifts I did this summer, which are ten hours.
I'm doing movie_las also, which starts on monday. So the non-writing vacation will not be long. But this is basically the way I want it, writing is fun! If anyone wants to join info lives here:

Like to write? Love Movies (except Harry Potter and Twilight which have their own comm)? Great! There is a new challenge, called movie_las , where you write a fanfic of at least 100 words every two weeks based on a different prompt and where all pairings, including slash, is allowed! Then they get voted on and the person with the least votes is out that week and the person with the most is safe the next week till you have one author standing who wins! What do you win? A snazzy graphic and a $10 GC to Amazon or Barnes & Noble. You don't even need to be a GREAT writer!

What else? Well, I have managed to get two DW invites should anyone want them. I don't know how I did that, since I haven't actually posted anything there, but hey, it's all good, right?
Time to wrap Christmas presents now, I think.
