Well, I was re-reading the More Than Meets The Eye books and I realized some of my 'conception methods' actually fit with that canon, go figure! I'll probably post the 'protoform' part if anyone wants me to write it down -can't scan slag right now, my dad kidnapped the scaner, but I can write it down.

Those are really interesting and realistic concepts for Cybertronian reproduction. The method a friend and I go by is similar to the first one in your Endless Waltz continuity, only the new spark is nurtured inside the spark of one of the parents and when it's ready to be 'born', the sparkling splits from it's parent spark and then transfered to it's protoform body.
