"What are you watching this time?" Prowl looked up to the large flat screen that hung on the common room of their new base on earth.

"I hacked the signal of th'screen ta this interestin' place on th'net called You Tube." Jazz grinned and used his connection to rewind the video he had been watching. "I'm playin' some music videos. These humans have a way with audio visuals."

"So I see." The Acura Interceptor raised an optic ridge at the rather... interesting video that accompanied the music.

"Man, watch those crazy fingers!" The Pontiac chuckled softly as he pointed to the guitarist of the band playing the music of the video he was watching. "Gonna have ta convince 'Jack to build me a controller guitar on my size!"

"What for?" The police cruiser crossed his arms over his chest plate, giving an odd look at his fellow Autobot.

"Sam's got this awesome game called Guitar Hero!" The silvery mech grinned and jumped to his feet, banging his head and mimicking the guitar playing of the guitarist on the video. "He was showin' it ta th'twins earlier an' it was awesome!"

"I imagine." Prowl shook his head and watched with fond amusement as Jazz danced his way around the room head banging and mock playing an invisible guitar to the melody currently playing on the screen. "You pick the oddest thing about Earth culture, Jazz."

"I'm not th'one that came ta base loaded on pocky!" Jazz grinned visibly at the loud sound of exasperation coming from the Acura.

"That wasn't my fault, thank you very much."

"No, but it's your fault I'm addicted ta that stuff!" Jazz grinned and took the opportunity to grope one of the mirrors of Prowl's second set of wings, laughing out loud at the indignant squeak he got in response. It amused him to no end the variety of unexpected sounds the tactician could produce when his backside was mercilessly assaulted by his clawed hands. The twins had tried to get a similar effect, but the last time Sideswipe attempted it he ended up right on the med bay with a twisted arm. Jazz was the only one that Prowl allowed to get away with the groping and the saboteur knew why.

"What's your fascination with my mirrors?" Prowl huffed and turned around in a vain attempt to protect his dignity, or rather, his aft.

"Not th'mirrors, baby! It's the whole framin' of that aft. I can't resist the call!" The solstice smiled in a mixture of sweet, fake innocence and lecherous mischievousness. "Anyway, I think I'm gonna go bug Wheeljack 'bout that guitar controller and con Sam into lendin' me that game of his."

Prowl sighed heavily but smiled a little to himself while the silvery Solstice left the common room. "Guitar Hero, huh?"

---------------------

"Man, this ain't fair!" Jazz all but whined when his score appeared on the screen. "These things are for fellows with five fingers an' I just got four!" the saboteur demonstrated his point by wriggling his four digits. Sam, Mikaela, Bumblebee and the twins couldn't hold back the laughter.

"I told you Expert was too much for you still!" Sam patted Jazz's leg, trying to hold back the victorious smile on his face after beating the Solstice on the game.

"My aft." Jazz grumbled and handed the guitar to Sunstreaker and watched him face off against Sam with Welcome to the Jungle. Despite having five fingers, the Lamborghini Murcielago couldn't hold a candle to the young human either. Sideswipe failed to make a better job and Bumblebee was thoroughly beaten by the time they had reached just half of the song.

"Sam, my main man, ya friggin' rock at this thing." Jazz patted the boy's back carefully, grinning as he realized they had gathered an audience. "Hey there guys, wanna give it a go?"

"I don't think I could even hold that thing without breaking it." Optimus Prime shook his head and declined. Ironhide accepted the challenge and proved to be even worse than Bumblebee and Wheeljack proved his hand to eye coordination wasn't at its best when it came to video games. Ratchet proved to be much better than the other Autobots and managed to tie with Sam.

"Wanna try the hardest song of the game?" the teenager asked to the CMO who nodded, feeling rather smug after his success. By the time the song in question began Ratchet's confidence had already gone to the pit. His only consolation being Sam failing just as badly as he had. "I've been trying to get that song on expert and I just can't do it."

"Prowl, Red Alert ya guys wanna try?" Jazz invited when he realized they were the only 'bots that hadn't tried.

The Lamborghini Gallardo, Red Alert gave Prowl a look that could only be interpreted as 'they're insane.'

"C'mon just try for the sake of havin' fun!"

"I think I'll sit this one out." Prowl nodded for Red Alert to go over and play the game. The Security Director shrugged and decided to give it a try. "How do you play this anyway?"

After a brief explanation and some tentative testing the Autobot began to play the game, surprisingly hitting each key point precisely, with an expression of absolute concentration. Every Autobot but Prowl and Optimus Prime merely stared at the screen and occasionally back at Red Alert with open mouths. Well, Bumblebee would have too, if he had a mouth to begin with.

"Where did he learn to play like that?!" Sideswipe's optics were glued to Red Alert's hand.

"You've never seen him type away reports." Prime chuckled softly, watching his subordinate play the game as if he was merely typing information on a keyboard.

"I want trainin' on his typewritin'-fu!" Jazz chuckled softly and side glanced to Prowl, motioning for him to sit down next to them. The strategist complied and sat beside the silvery Pontiac, watching Red Alert play. "Betcha can play that just as good."

"Maybe," Prowl shrugged with a diminutive, almost imperceptible smile on his lip components, "You'll have to convince me to show you if I can."

"That sounds like a challenge t'me."

Prowl's smile grew wider.

---------------

Bwahahah, I bet you all thought it was going to be Prowl who'd beat the song with 5 stars on expert! The song's Through the fire and flames by Dragonforce.
