This is part of the same 'verse as that 'The Game' comic. There's a lot of TMI stuff in this bit but it's there for a reason...I wonder if this is the kind of stuff that ends in tf_afts. *snickers*
“Oh, just for the record, if you’re going to be wearing that during those days, you may want to use a tampon.” The sales lady intoned in a disturbingly cheerful tone while she offered Red Alert the garments in her size.
Red Alert blushed furiously and nodded, taking the proffered piece of lingerie and walked away with an equally dumbfounded Jazz on tow.
“Well that sure was informative.” Jazz tried to laugh it off, but she could tell something had bothered Red Alert. She took the chance to ask the other girl something that had been in her mind for a while. “Hey Red, can I make a personal question?”
“Sure?” Red Alert replied absently.
Jazz lowered her voice and pushed her sunglasses up over her nose. “So uhm... now that she mentioned it...have you had yours?”
Red Alert stopped cold and stared at Jazz, her eyes widened at the question and a look of understanding crossed her face. “You haven’t either?”
Jazz shook her head. “I haven’t had the darned thing in...man, I think I’ve never had it.”
“Me neither.” Red Alert admitted and randomly looked through the garments. “I was wondering if something was wrong with me. But it seems it’s all of us.”
“I have the feelin’ we’re not complete in the internal organs department, Red.” Jazz crossed her arms over her chest and looked pensive, barely paying attention to all the lacy garments surrounding her. “I kind of mentioned it t’Prowl in passin’ and he seemed really uncomfortable with the subject. At first I thought he was bein’ squeaky ‘bout human anatomy but I think he might know more than he’s letting on.”
