Bonjour! I'm in Paris at the moment and feel severely internet deprived hehe withdrawal symptoms. Well Rome was amazing but unfortunately didn't find any hot guys. In Florence there was this cute guy at the markets but during our talk I found out he was Brazilian and a really good soccer player...apparently. Venice shopping was amazing, the most beautiful glassware and jewellry selling at a frqction of what it costs in Australia. And the gondola ride was everything I hoped it to be (not to mention Mrs Goodall screaming everytime the boat tilted so the gondalier deliberately tilted it more). But still...no hot guys. I think they've all been frightened away from the cold weather or hot Euro guys is just a myth hehe. We've been called Jap tourists so many times that I've lost count already but I just yell G'day back at them. Paris just started snowing and I love it so much more than plain old boring rain. We did/saw the usual tourist stuff but I have to say that the top of the Eiffel Tower is simply awesome and beautiful...we saw a guy proposing to a woman who said yes =) We watched Moulin Rouge last night, walking there through the `red light' district, seriously so many kinky and "sex" shops. The show was good if you ignore the fact that the women were all topless, we definitely saw more than our share of breasts. And there was one cute guy I kept watching all night hehe Plus we had unlimited free champagne and at the end of the night, we stole a full bottle to "take away" like true Asians hehe. There's only one more day in a weird country with a foreign language that I don't understand...I miss being able to overhear what other people are saying and being able to order without speaking in sign language or guessing what is on the menu hehe
