I hope this finds you well, though from the post above perhaps that is wishful thinking on my part. I don't know the specifics of your situation and I don't want to intrude, but it appears you're going through a hard time. Have you spoken to your GP about this? Do you have friends who can support you?
If none of those are viable options for whatever reason, then there is always Samaritans: you can call them any time of the day or night (tel: 116 123) or contact them by email (jo@samaritans.org).
I know things might seem bleak right now, but just remember that emotions (even the really persistent ones) are only ever temporary: they can and will change.
I've given up trying to communicate with my GP, it's impossible to see a professional who operates during work hours when you work yourself.
What exactly do you mean by 'Do you have friends who can support you?'? I have friends, but I can't visualise what this support would look like.
I'm doing a course of cognitive behavioural therapy with the NHS and I've made some notes around this based off the conversation with my CBT therapist: I find myself googling for suicide methods, take straight to GP If I find myself on a day where I suddenly feel like I’m not in control, take myself to JR A&E Be aware of safe haven in Manzil Way (can google for a number) - can go if you don’t want to go to A&E Don’t sit too long if they intensify! Instead of committing myself to a date of suicide, what about committing myself to life? en given a number of things
