Apparently six years of living in Pittsburgh has turned me into a heat wuss. Two years ago I'd run in 90°+ weather and be fine. Now, if the temperature climbs above 65, I start sucking:
I've also run into an awkward problem - sometime in the last week I regained enough weight that now when I run, my thighs brush together. Holy chafing batman! What's a girl to do, other than start laying off the cupcakes? Buy some boxer briefs?
