Busy Busy Busy
My awesome roommate (snakeskin1982) hooked me up with my first cupcake job making 130 cupcakes for her company. It took me about two days (5 hours making fondant decorations, 8 hours baking, 3 hours frosting/decorating) and I ended up with 159 cupcakes. I just got back from dropping off the cupcakes at her office - I hope they like them! Unfortunately I was in such a rush to finish that I didn't grab many pictures of the final product. I have a couple closeups of one box, but none of all 159 cupcakes laid out in boxes on my dining room table. Oh well.
Now it's time to pack for a quick jaunt to Chicago for a meeting tomorrow afternoon. We're driving tonight, meeting tomorrow, and driving back Saturday morning. Hopefully there will be some time to get some cupcakes.
