Gametime!
Banana cake filled with caramel topped with mango chocolate ganache. I even bought multicolored cupcake liners so I could harvest the yellow ones. Heehee.
Total time: 5hrs (1hr cake, 3hrs fondant, 1hr assembling, pictures, cleanup. Frosting and filling were leftover from previous baking projects.)
