Hmmm, kinda sounds like a Nick reply. But whoever you are (since you didn't find it prudent to post as anything other than anonymous) while I appreciate the thought, you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

Here's the difference. With the mod crew we will be clearing off the shelves and putting everything in its place. As a stocker, you are pretty much expected to do that anyway, but you are timed for it. There's a little sheet of paper that says how much time each area is supposed to take, but what that little sheet of paper doesn't take into account is how messed up the shelves are. I won't have to worry with that anymore because I'm going to be making it correct from the get go. Now others will come along behind us and mess it up after we leave, but that's not our concern anymore. As long as everything is in the right place when we're done, we're good.

Of course that above paragraph is all assuming they even let us do what we're supposed to be doing in the first place! XD But we'll see how that works out once the job starts. As of right now, I'm going to remain optimistic about it because I know it's going to be a helluva lot better than stocking has been in a looooooooooooong time.
