post-convention recovery
I hope I'm not the only person who experiences this, but it takes me about two or three weeks to get completely back on track after a weekend convention or major trip. I just unpacked from NYAF/NYCC a few days ago. >m<;; I managed to take a few pictures of people, but most of the weekend I forgot to take photos entirely because I was too busy. And some didn't turn out well because of the combination of my camera phone and the awesome indoor lighting. XD

Kelsey is sooooo classicallllll. This coordinate melts my heart ;o; It was definitely one of my favorite outfits of the weekend! Note the complementary pottery green vintage suitcase.

On Sunday, I snapped this creeper photo of Koda and Kelsey's models before the show. I didn't get photos of all the looks because most of them looked awful on my camera phone, but here are a few that turned out ok.
Zoh channeling Coco Chanel with her jacket and stage presence. She did such a good job as MC!

Hand-stitching those appliques onto the dress really paid off, Koda!

Queen Jean brings the I Do Declare show to a close with a bang! The crowd broke into applause when she whirled off the red velvet capelet! It was exciting!

The crowds were a bit suffocating, but it was a great convention overall. My panel went ok, though I missed Koda's quiet presence besiiiiide meeeeee. ;o; I was definitely more nervous than I was at Otakon and I'm afraid it showed. haha I did finally get around to posting a quick review of the panel in my blog, supplemented by frozenemotion9's photos (thank you, Jen!) here in case anyone's interested.
Would anyone be interested in seeing an Out of the Woods II panel someday?
What is everyone doing for Halloween? I can't wait for it because it's one of my favorite holidays, but I still don't have any definite plans. >m<;;
I can't wait for the morigirl apple-picking meetup in Princeton this Saturday!
