[Look who's sitting on the roof of the house opposite of yours Martel, come to check on you since he's recovered now.]

[And she'll spot you out the window right about now. Her brow furrows, but she smiles and gestures for you to get down and come visit like a normal person instead of sitting on Yuan's roof and possibly angering him.]

[Pfft he was only stalking you sitting on the roof. That's one of the lesser of strange things he does.

But he does come down for a few moments, waiting for Martel get to the door first so he wouldn't have to linger there for too long.]

[And so for the second time, she invites the creeper Yazoo in, holding the door for him with a slight smile.]

[Well its not like he's going to hurt her, despite what others would say. Yes he was a crazy psycho remnant but she had Mommy's respect.

He acknowledges her words with a small noise and enters, turning around to face her when he is out of the door's way.]

[She closes the door, and then, just like last time:] Would you like something to drink? [It's polite, plus she wants him to be comfortable and whatnot.]

[And since we're playing the just like last time game, he's going to shake his head slowly.] I am fine. [Well, well enough. He's been feeling a bit off from both Jenova steaming about the traitor attacking her and the Malosso attacking.]

Alright. [She isn't going to force it on him.] I actually had something I wished to discuss with you. [She's stepping into the living room now, where they can sit and talk.] Come, have a seat. [She might be a bit more insistent on that front, though, since she can tell he's a bit off, though she has no idea why.]

[He tilts his head to the side at this, but does nothing other than to follow her into the living room. When she tells him to take a seat, Yazoo pauses for a good long moment-to the point that he might of just ignored her request- before sliding into the chair opposite to the left of Martel.]

[She's pausing for a bit, kinda hesitant what with how protective he is of Jenova... But then again, by now she's kinda proven she means his 'Mother' no harm.]

I had a few questions... About Jenova. [Testing the water first.]

[Silence, before he blinks and his look shifts from blank to a mildly interested, 'continue' look. Mother was a testy subject right now, but she had proven herself more loyal than some of his 'Brothers' had in the matter.]

She has been nothing but kind to me, so I reassure you now that I've no intention to harm her. However... [This is where she's not so sure, so her voice is quieter, though no longer outright hesitant.] I sense her power, and know that it is great. Such power in the wrong hands can and has before done more damage than can be repaired. Tell me... How much of what the others say of her is true?

[Oh Martel, you totally just asked that question to the most biased person on Luceti. His eyes narrow slightly, but not at her. The black sheep must of been feeding her his poisonous lies.] The others fear Mother for her power and hunt her even when there is no harm or threat brought. What Mother does is what she has always has done.

[And she's realizing his bias, now that she's heard and seen the question's results. It's a shame, really, since she otherwise kinda trusts his opinions. Still, though, she thinks over his words.]

I see. I... Hm. [She's not sure quite what to say, but eventually offers:] I have witnessed the hunt you speak of, though I've seen her do no harm. However... I had to be certain. If enough claim her dangerous, you understand my desire to know the truth?

She is the Goddess. [They're obviously missing each other on this point, but he says it like fact enough. Of course she was dangerous, people wouldn't be afraid of her if she wasn't dangerous. He is quick to shift gears and make his next point.]

The truth is at it is, Mother does not lie; But some only speak of what they want others to hear. [He frowns slightly.] Elder Brother and the...Strife are dangerous, powerful, but they remain unhunted, even though the traitor...[He's pissed off now, considering what Cloud had done to Jenova. Kadaj hadn't allowed him to move on this yet.] Hurt Mother.

[Uh oh.] Peace, Yazoo. I meant not to anger you. As with the last time, if she is hurt, I shall be there to heal her. [She's shifting gears too, though a bit more quietly, from trying to find something out to doing damage control.]
