I have never devoured books like this before. It was late February when I started the first book and as soon as I finished one, I'd hop my way onto the nearest bookstore to get me the next book. There goes my thrill, as opposed to buying the whole boxed set. Now, I'm on the seventh book and I learn that the 10th book is due next month. Oh, and just a little after I had finished the sixth, I saw that the UK publishers had released covers featuring promo pictures from the season 2 cast and simply got me the ASkars.
Plus, in time for its third season premiere in June, I have been alerted to DETAILS:
"I ROOMED IN THIS VERY FLAMBOYANT FILIPINO DESIGNER'S APARTMENT. HE HAD THREE GUYS STAYING WITH HIM-ALL 20-YEAR-OLD GUYS. [LAUGHS] WE HAD A VERY INTERESTING RELATIONSHIP. I THINK HE WANTED TO BE MORE THAN FRIENDS. HE KNEW I HAD A GIRLFRIEND, BUT MAYBE HE FIGURED HE WAS IRRESISTIBLE."-SKARSGÅRD
Now, I am so piqued. Curious and curiouser. I hope this isn't at all an embarrassing memory. OTOH, WEE! He knows someone who's Filipino...?
Btw, magnifique_f8h I thought about what you had said with the difference in story arcs the show is taking...And while I in rage over the lack of pink!lycra on Eric and some of those priceless quotables (“And since I’m going to be in the neighborhood, you thought I might do as an escort? To an orgy?”), I am getting the vibe that Alan Ball is much of a Moyer fan daw and there's fear/angst amongst the fangirls because of this.
