Life in Houston is mostly settling down these days. Working remotely has become more routine, but the traveling back to Austin seems to make time go by so fast. It's nice that I get 2 weeks in a row in Houston this time around.
We got out to dinner with a couple that John got to be friends with in the PhD program (another NASA person) and went to The Red Onion last night, which is a pretty nice Latin Fusion place up at Kirby and 59, essentially. That was fun and it was good to get out with some other folks.
I've found some more gamers in the Clear Lake area and might host a game night next week. I'm going to play Age of Steam on Sunday with some folks here in the area as well.
