Is it ethical to drug your family just to get 2 hours peace? Its either that or drug myself. If any of you english majors can verify that "befog" is an actual word I will halt all plans to bomb the pissers. And ( Read more... )

"Befog" is indeed a word, so keep yourself out of jail. Mexican jail is probably not a great experience anyway. But do feel free to incinerate the Miami Herald, as a good light show is always pleasant.

As for drugging, it's definitely ethical to drug your parents, but it may be more productive to just drug yourself.

The Miami Herald, in an evil alliance with Dos Equis cerveca, is destrying my mind! For my own peice of mind please use "befog" in a sentence without making me giggle. It turned out to be much more productive and fun to drug myself, you were right as always.

"Tomorrow morning's mist will completely befog the island and we won't see a damn thing, but things should clear up by the afternoon. Let's meet up for drinks at noon and see how things go."

"My mind is completely befogged by this damn Dos Equis we've been drinking all afternoon, and I no longer care about seeing the damn island."

In my experience, drugging self is almost always preferable to drugging others.

Oh, I suck at crosswords, mostly because I'm incredibly impatient, particularly with things I don't know. You really need Chaz! But I'd be happy to sit on the couch as a crossword consultant, particularly if there are drinks available.
How's the weather down there?

We shall have to plan a mimosa and crossword brunch at a future date.
As for the weather... mostly sunny with occasional flurries of parental nonsense. The usual. Leaving here on Sunday. Should be in another country Monday or Tuesday... haven't decided which country yet but I'm really stuck on this Mon. or Tues. concept.
