This violated the contract for working at the school. I know that the Catholic Church does not approve of homosexual lifestyles, but if I remember correctly, the contract for working at Marian (for teachers at least) was that you could not tell the students about things like that. It was encouraged not to do things like living with your boyfriend, etc., but it only violated the rules if you told your students.
It is sad that she was fired, but Mrs. Genther had to have known the rules. She violates the contract, she knows the consequences. She was very nice and I wish things could have turned out differently. I don't know how, though. She probably felt this was something she needed to do. Should she have waited until she retired to publish this info? Eh, this is just a sad matter.
Also, my sister is a very stupid bitch. She complains about her school being too easy yet she is failing everything. She missed yesterday and today she is staying home as well. My mom lets her get away with everything, that's why.
