Adjusted finally financially and locationally and transportationally.
But not personally.
I still feel like things are going well,
and that I havent burnt any bridges(at least i think so)
to still feel at home when I visit.
San diego is unbelievable, being able to finally
live somewhere with a continuous breeze,
a moderate summer, a seemingly teeming(in comparison)
musical "scene", and lack of entropy.
To be relatively unfamiliar with a city
has been very testing as far as feeling
self confident in being able to improvise,
and the more i deal with it and go through it,
the better i feel about everything.
I am glad that i finally got out of a city
ive lived in for 20 years, but i still wait
to be able to come visit once a $40 trip on
the weekends becomes more affordable,
have a good poker night, go out for a group
walk at 1 or 2, just like what might soon be
hesitantly called "old times."
