++ My local grocery always has a little basket of tiny wedges of cheese.. the bits and bobs left over from when they cut the proper-sized wedges (I call them the reject cheeses). Anyways, I tried a Swedish Farmer’s Cheese in that fashion yesterday, and it is delicious. Like a Havarti, but with a bit of a stronger punch to it. Perfect with a nice, summer beer (like Blue Moon’s Honeymoon, which is what I washed it down with). So, yes. Swedish Farmer’s Cheese. In summation: cheese.
