Room 122 - Monday Morning

Veronica headed back to her own room when Archie left for his workshop.

She hoped Cally was okay. She had been pretty drunk last night and Veronica knew she didn't like sleeping alone. She decided that she would take her temporary roomie out for breakfast to make up for not being home last night

Cally was sprawled out on the sofa, her blanket lost some time in night.

Unfortunately, the part where she had gone to bed completely blitzed out of her head meant she had thought sleeping naked would be perfectly acceptable.

When the door slammed, she rubbed her eyes and looked over at Veronica.

"G'morning," she said, not quite feeling the draft, yet.

Veronica was blinking like mad. And wondering if Cally had had company last night.

"Um, you might wanna," she gestured helplessly at the blanket that was in a heap on the floor next to the sofa.

"Might wanna what?" Cally asked, rolling over to sit up. She blinked and rubbed her eyes some more. She looked down at her bare feet and tilted her head. "I coulda sworn I left my socks on last night."

"Um, you didn't leave anything on last night," Veronica said, her eyes averted. "Did you have company?"
