Spending three days alone and away from everyone had helped Veronica wrap her head around everything that happened this past weekend. She was nowhere near in the realm of okay with it, but she was at least beginning to accept that it wasn't her fault.
She decided to head back to the Hyperion, even though she wasn't sure how she was going to face anyone.
When she got there, the hotel was pretty quiet. She wasn't sure if people were keeping to themselves or if they were out. She found her mail and then headed up to her room.
