"I'm sure it will be," Piper replied. At least she hoped so. "It has to be because it's probably too late now to get another one."

Like twenty pounds of mashed potatoes. Her arm hurt like a bitch after making those.

Veronica glanced over at the counter and all the pies. "Um, yeah, definitely lots of that."

There was also a lot of wine.

That made Veronica blink. "Oh. I didn't realize... that's cool. Have you guys met Phoebe and Bel and Anders? They have a similar relationship."
