The Hyperion [Friday Evening]
So Veronica had been back in LA for over a week. And in that week, she had mostly been avoiding her friends and housemates because being with all of them again had triggered the memories of that other Fandom and what the version of her there had done to them and with them.
Luckily that whole newlywed thing and Dick moving in had given her a good excuse for not being around much.
But enough was enough. She knew she couldn't hide forever, so she was in the kitchen, preparing a nice lasagna with salad and freshly baked Italian bread (sans garlic). She had sent Dick to find a couple good bottles of wine to go with the meal.
Hopefully it wouldn't end in a food fight.
