I have recently deleted him from everything: facebook, buddy list, phone, etc.
If you check facebook and myspace, there are no pictures of Derek.
I have tried to delete him from my life, and last night was the first night I did not cry myself to sleep.
I don't know if this is the right approach, but I've been okay thus far.
