Great News!!! Dr Letson came out. He saw no signs of infection, in fact he saw signs of healing. So he went on with the original procedure and anticipates that she wiil move on to toe touch and partial weight bearing sooner rather than later. Yesterday he was talking about an extended period of non weightbearing while everything healed. He said she did well through the procedure. Now she is in recovery for about an hour before I can see her, and we move to her hospital room.
