[The PCD turns on to show Rei carefully drawing on a large cake with blue icing, her tongue pressed firmly in between her teeth. It's clearly taking a lot of effort and her eyes narrow at what appears to be a small mistake. With some careful manuevering, she appears to have fixed it, and she grins at her handiwork. She turns to call off-camera.]

[Usagi has been busily trying to clean up. This is like asking a cat to guard the cream. But she's been very very careful and it's going pretty well. There are banners and signs (with somewhat splattered, messy writing) to add festive touches.]

How's the cake?

[It read 'Happy birthday, Ami!', though the exclamation point at the end was a little lopsided. It was made with love, with the much-appreciated help of Rei's friend Remus.]

I don't think she'll mind... and I know it tastes good. How's the decorations?

[She carefully puts the cake on the table and covers it with a light towel, to keep bugs away and any other unfortunate happenstances, like Usagi's fingers.]

[It's Usagi, and Usagi allowed to go overboard for once. So the place is quite decorated, indeed, and while it looks a bit more like a kid made some of the decorations in elementary school art class... they're made with love.]
