[He knows full well how scuffed up humans can and do get before injury is actually serious, but he still doesn't like it. He may not technically be a guardian angel, but he could damn well act like one.

I don't know. None of the angels are involved as far as I am aware; Michael and Gabriel are capable, but neither would, and it would be a violation of Lucifer's agreement with me if it were him. Do you know of anyone else with the capability, even if they might not use it?
