So, Adrian just left and I'm up at 2:30 and I have an interview at 9:45 tomorrow morning BUT I just downloaded Supernatural (was watching The Office at 9:00, donchya know) so I am doing a recap rather than, like, sleep.

Interesting that you say that, cause I have to agree. Dean would want to be part of the mechanics of his car, with a standard shift, rather than the bench seat. I just think the Impala was a bad bit of car casting (which I believe strongly in! I always thought cars said a lot about characters...) I always thought Dean would be much more at home in a GTO, or an early Firebird, or even a Charger (ahem, ignoring Dukes of Hazzard here...) Something aggressive and brutal, more of a statement than the kind of late-retro Impala, with it's overhanging hood and weird tail lights. Looks too much like the Dodge Dart for my liking...
Also, Ken is amazing. I kind of love that album, but I've always been a sucker for good spoken word albums.
In exchange, I'm gonna upload some Yma Sumac for you. You seem to prefer unusual/unique voices (like me!) so I think you'll like her. She's this fantastically bizarre Peruvian soprano, with a vocal range of over four octaves. She does a lot of strange pseudo-opera, and other weirder stuff, and mambo, and cha cha, and just craziness. I think you'll like her :)
