Another birthday is coming around again. I'm attempting camping again this year. Last time it rained all weekend and was freezing. Like winter coat freezing, if you don't believe me look at the pictures, pretty crazy for August. Anywho...
I'm trying to make a list of all the things I need but feel like I'm forgetting a ton. I got the essentials but it's all the little things you forget about until you're there. I did buy these awesome army cots this year though. I'm got tired of spending $30-45 bucks every year for a crappy air mattress. I'm excited to try them out!
I'm excited to be going camping though, because I haven't been to this place in 10+ years. My grandpa was still alive. It was the place him and my nana kept their trailer at for years. It's got a pond and farm animals!!! lol That's all I really remember, always playing with the cats in the barn. Location is nice though, it's right outside of baraboo so we are planning on the dells a few days and devils lake (never been there but it looks amazing).
In other news, work is work. I see a ton of crazy patients. As the other therapist says "This field makes you able to work with a very DIVERSE population/situations". We have one patient that must be a hoarder. He brings in his "finds" at rummage sales and tries to give them to us as gifts. So far we've received a wrapped penny, pitcher, movies, books, and alcohol glasses, and more which I can't remember..oh wait and a bowl for our candy dish.
I guess it makes work interested though. Thankfully I work with a pretty fun group in general so we make it fun.
